I just read a neat article about the 15 most attractive employers for business students over at Forbes.com. Now I want to share it in social media.
Here's the regular link:
But here's the better link to share.
They're almost indistinguishable, but one has stfi.re tacked onto the end of the domain (or rather, has www.forbes tacked onto the stfi.re domain as a kind of instant subdomain)
Take a minute and click on them both. See the difference?
Here, I'll give you a hint:
That little badge in the corner can literally have links to ANYTHING that I want!
This AMAZING tech is from a company called startafire.com, and this is one of those things that is almost TOO good to be true. There are services like Snip.ly that charge upwards of $29+ per month to do this, and for some reason StartAFire is giving it away FREE!
Even better, it integrates with services like Buffer and WordPress, so that as I'm browsing, I can simply hit the 'ol buffer button and send it to my queue to auto-share on all of my social media at the best (optimal) times, and it'll share that "badge" which I can create and have multiple things in that badge that rotate out, or some that are "pinned" to a certain post or kind of post.
Hands down - amazing!
They do also offer a shortened version, and at times this "shortened" version could be even better, say for social media, etc. (but actually I prefer the longer one in general -at a glance it tells them where they're going!):
There is a paid, premium version that "white-labels" this a bit more, but seriously, the power they're packing in this is simply amazing. Well done, start a fire, well done!
